ALO (Americas Latin Orchestra), founded in 2007,
evolved from the great bands Algo Latino and Latin Impulse, enjoyed for
years by dancers and listeners alike. These singers and musicians now
continue to entertain Latin music lovers with even more dynamic and
challenging material.
Featuring internationally known artists and Grammy award winning
arrangers, ALO is equally at home performing for the dance audience as well
as entertaining on the concert stage. With a mixture of classic and modern
repertoire, ALO is widely appealing to all audiences.
Dedicated to the performance and enrichment of Latin Music and Dance
Culture, ALO shows consistently sizzle with energy and excitement. ALO’s
unsurpassed five piece horn section take audiences to the edge on Salsa or
Merengue, and lends a sexy, sassy feeling to Bolero and Cha Cha. The six
piece rhythm section provides a driving force for this powerful ensemble.
Add classic and sultry vocals and harmonies to the mix, and you have the
signature sound that defines Americas Latin Orchestra!
